The GM/AGM team leads the restaurant at the highest level. AGMs serve as the GM’s primary partner, helping oversee operations, team development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. General Managers set the vision for the restaurant, build and mentor strong teams, and are ultimately responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. Together, they drive consistency, uphold brand standards, and create a high‑performing, positive environment that delivers results.

Entry‑Level and Mid‑Level Managers form the core of shift leadership. They lead teams, support daily operations, handle guest concerns, and ensure Culver’s standards and CFSI best practices are followed. These leaders coach team members, reinforce accountability, and may take on specialized responsibilities such as training or marketing and occasionally help with inventory. This stage builds the operational and leadership skills needed for advancement.

The Trainer role is a leadership-focused position designed for team members ready to take the next step in their development. Trainers lead by example, support the onboarding and training of new team members, and help reinforce Culver’s standards across all areas of the restaurant. This role serves as a critical steppingstone toward becoming a Crew Chief, providing hands-on experience in coaching, accountability, and day-to-day leadership.
